Prices and VAT

All prices in euro. VAT treatment depends on the small-business scheme — confirm with an accountant whether VAT must be added to listed prices.

Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie. Accepted methods depend on what is enabled per payment link (iDEAL, cards, etc.).

Shipping

Originals are packed and shipped within 5 working days of payment. Shipping cost and method are agreed by email after purchase.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Send an email to hello@example.com to start the return. Pieces must be returned in their original condition at your expense; the purchase price is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned work.

Originals as "made to order"

Some original works may be exempt from the right of withdrawal as personalised or made-to-order goods. If so, it will be stated on the artwork page. Otherwise the standard 14-day right above applies.

Liability

Damage in transit: notify within 7 days of delivery with photos so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
